"Thanks again for a smooth close! Very excited. I was nervous about this one due to the insane circumstances we are going through. Survey answers below.
1. I had a house FSBO. You called me and asked if I would honor a buyer's commission. You gave me your low key "sales pitch" and I guess the timing on the call was right because as you know, I had a 100 calls wanting to represent me on the sale but for whatever reason, at that point, I went with your service and I think this is the 4th house you've sold for me.
2. Performance. I am really big on communication. I realize that with your low cost approach, you aren't there to hold the sellers hand on every detail so I try to keep my questions and comments to the point and also to a minimum. Thumbs up for quick responses. I'm quite sure that every time I hit you up with a question, you got back quickly. In fact, sometimes I am up in the middle of night or odd hours so I will send you an email with the intent of you getting back to me during "regular business hours", and I may get a response back at an equally weird time. I'm thinking - don't you sleep? Of course I don't either but I figure everyone else does, LOL.
3. Value. I'd say taking care of the "heavy lifting" with the contracts and paperwork. My wife keeps asking me why I don't get my RE license. I realize I could make/save a lot of money when buying houses, but when it comes to the sale, having you and your people do the behind the scenes work makes it not really worth it for me.
4. I guess I don't know what I don't know. From the start, you said you weren't going to make glossy brochures, sit through open houses and do all kinds of promotion. I get that. All deals don't go smoothly, so all you can do is take it as it comes. I think you held up your end of the bargain.
5. Reference. By all means. A lot of the people I know that invest in real estate are realtors (And everyone knows someone, right? In fact my own brother is a realtor!) But I referred you multiple times and weather or not anyone has taken me up on it, I don't know. But if you'd like to use me for a reference, feel free.

I had a ton of these calls and went with you because of your straight forward manner and of course the great deal you presented me. But I would say the number one thing and the thing that stands out the most is the old-fashioned notion of communication.
